As the Director of Learning & Development, you won't just be managing programs; you'll be driving a movement that shapes the future of our leaders and teams! Here’s how you’ll bring the energy:

1. Ignite Your Team! Lead and build a powerhouse team of L&D; professionals. Spearhead the creation and implementation of the Learning & Development strategy, utilizing the latest in social, digital and technology solutions. You will inspire our field and corporate leaders to reach their full potential every day!
2. Collaborate & Conquer! Partner with our senior executives, People & Culture Business Partners,





Diversity & Inclusion champions to assess and address the learning needs across the different lines of business. Provide actionable recommendations that will spark performance and operational excellence.
3. Shape Tomorrow’s Leaders! Team up with the VP of Talent and Senior Leadership to cultivate the next generation of company leaders. Together, you will develop high-potential associates, ensuring a thriving pipeline of talent for the future.
4. Innovate & Elevate! Become the architect of future-focused learning solutions! Identify skill gaps, accelerate internal development, and implement strategies that retain our top performers while nurturing emerging talent. Let’s transform L&D; as we know it!

Are You Up for the Challenge? We’re committed to hiring the crème de la crème! Here’s how we’ll know you are the energetic leader we’re looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree and CPHR preferred
2. Proven track record of 10+ years leading a team in training, development, and talent management.
3. Proficient with tools like Articulate 360,





Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
4. Expertise in adult learning principles and exceptional facilitation skills.
5. Proficiency in designing and developing training solutions, including needs analysis, setting objectives, developing course material, and evaluation methods.
