Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience

Responsibilities
1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
2. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
3. Evaluate daily operations
4. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
5. Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
6. Monitor staff performance
7.
Plan and organize daily operations
8. Set staff work schedules
9. Conduct performance reviews
10. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
11. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
12. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
13. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
14. Address customers’ complaints or concerns
15. Provide customer service
Experience and Specialization
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
Additional Information
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Overtime required
