The Company is in search of a Vice President or Director for its Human Resources function. The successful candidate will be a key member of a lean team, providing practical and commercial HR advice and support. This role is pivotal in leading local strategic and operational activities, as well as delivering global initiatives, particularly in the areas of compensation and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable with data analysis to support business decisions, and experienced in a fast-paced, global HR environment.
Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
1. A minimum of 7 years' experience as an HR business partner in a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.
2. A Bachelor's degree is required, with additional certifications in HR preferred.
3. Strong background in HR best practices and experience in various HR disciplines.
4. Proven track record of supporting client groups, particularly in the asset management or financial services sector.
5. Proficiency in HRIS, with a preference for Workday.
