Salary: Up to $75K

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of documents connected to litigation process;
- Manage litigation file from beginning to end
- Preparation of accounts;






- Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment;
- Assist litigation partner with a busy and demanding litigation practice;
- Prepare and complete all necessary litigation documentation such as demand letters, motion records, pleadings, notices, affidavits, etc.;
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external clients
- Ensure all filing is organized and up to date on a daily basis, both physical and electronic

Qualifications

- Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma/Certificate from a recognized institution;
- 4+ years relevant experience as a litigation or executive assistant
- Knowledge of the litigation and civil law procedures is required;
- Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment;
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications; Knowledge of Worldox or document management program an asset;
- Experience with Litigation Highway,





Tymetix and Soluno a definite asset; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
