Job Title: Project Coordinator - Nuclear
Location: Cambridge, ON | Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

The Position:
The Project Coordinator will provide scheduling and administrative support to Project Management and the Project Management Office for assigned projects. Working with the PMO Manager, the PMO Lead and the Project Managers, the Coordinator will offer administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Create and update MS Project schedules for milestones and bi-weekly progress
- Facilitate project meetings and document/distribute meeting minutes
- Manage project documentation, including checklists and customer files
- Track materials and coordinate procurement to ensure timely deliveries






- Coordinate documentation for Technical Writers and deliver Operational Maintenance Manuals
- Prepare forms and documents for shipping, travel, and service transfers
- Assist in project kick-offs and manage small projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- An educational background in Project Management or a related discipline
- Proficiency in MS Project (or similar planning tools); SolidWorks/AutoCAD experience is an asset
- Strong project planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work professionally with clients and teams
- Experience in a technical or industrial environment; knowledge of engineering terminology is an asset
