Position: Executive Assistant (EA) Location: Downtown Toronto (Walking distance from Union Station)Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected client, seeking a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support their leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic organization. The position offers a hybrid work model, with a mix of in-office (Downtown Toronto) and remote work.Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination,
and travel arrangements.- Act as a key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.- Manage email communication, prioritize tasks, and ensure follow-up on action items.- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.- Assist with special projects and event coordination as needed.- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining supplies, equipment, and technology requests.Key Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite or senior management.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
