Our client, a large global IT solutions provider with annual revenues in the billions, specializes in application testing in the areas of test management, automation, performance, and mobile testing. With state-of-the-art offices and facilities, they service most industries at a global level.
Our client has engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to find them a Senior Developer / Team Lead. ROSS is an innovative leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment, and HR Professional Services. We’re a company of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their Business Growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Interacting with the onsite team, understanding requirements,
and getting the requirements developed by the offshore team from India.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Participating in the development of the product with the team onsite.
2. Executing a module of the project offshore with the help of a team of 6 members.
3. Reviewing all output created by the offshore team to ensure adherence to customer expectations.
4. Ensuring timely delivery of modules by the offshore team.
5. Ensuring the design of the system aligns with customer expectations.
6. Participating in coding when pairing with the customer.
You Have:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Several years (5+) of .NET experience.
2. Experience with Agile methodology and Extreme programming is an added advantage.
3. Several years of team leading experience with offshore developers.
4. Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and C#.
5. Clear understanding of object-oriented concepts and basic design patterns.
6. Ability to design systems independently.
Credentials and Experience:
1.
More than 8 years of total IT experience.
2. Very good communication skills.
3. Several years of team leading experience.
4. Any .NET certifications will be an added advantage.
Special Requirements:
- Due to the timezone difference, this coordination job requires working a couple of hours during non-office time, which can be adjusted during daytime working hours.
