Customer Service Representative - Temporary

PURPOSE
Our Consumer Services team acts as the link between our valued consumers and the CCM brand. In constant contact with our consumers, our focus is to provide an excellent experience with the brand. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the CSR uses their great listening skills to resolve problems while going above and beyond to provide excellent service to our customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Process claims: analyze warranty admissibility, follow-up on product replacement, etc.
2. Proactively manage the warranty portal to ensure accuracy of orders and on-time delivery.
3. Answer consumer calls and emails.
4.
Handle issues in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Communicate and follow up when required with the distribution center, purchasing, product, and traffic departments.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. College diploma in administration or related field.
2. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience.
3. Retail Experience – direct contact with consumers, a strong asset.
4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
5. Ability to offer superior customer service.
6. Strong communication skills over the phone and via email.
7. Ability to provide solutions and solve issues.
8. Bilingual (French and English).
