The role: As Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will work closely with the operations team to produce quality, timely, and forward-looking financial information. You will be acting as a financial business partner by guiding operations on performance, financial risks, and opportunities for Behaviour.

In this role you will:
- Promote innovation and participate in continuous process improvement projects;
- Provide feedback for weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget: actual variance analysis on financial and operational metrics;
- Implement new processes and software solutions for the business FP&A; function to scale effectively;
- Develop a short- and long-term financial model that takes into account the Company's objectives, industry standards, and market expectations;
- Perform sensitivity analyses to establish projections according to different scenarios;
- Calculate and analyze the financial ratios resulting from our financial model while maintaining the proper presentation of our KPIs;
- Work closely with all departments to build quantitative analyses to support them in their decision-making;
- Analyze different data sources that are likely to change rapidly to extract key elements and help the Company meet its objectives and improve its performance in the market.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or Finance;
- CPA and/or CFA designation will be considered as an asset;
- Possess between 5 and 10 years of experience including a minimum of 3-5 years in a management position;
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite software, particularly Excel;
- Bilingual, both spoken and written;
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver on time;
- Ability to drive innovation by developing and implementing new procedures.
