As the Shift Manager, you will oversee all aspects of your location, including growing and developing your crew, sales, and ensuring that the Firehouse experience is delivered for every Guest!
Responsibilities:
1. Coaching and development of crew.
2. Help with Inventory Management.
3. Handle / Resolve Guest issues.
4. Hands-on Leader, willing to help wherever necessary.
5. Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. MUST have a minimum of 2 years Restaurant Supervisor experience.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Good computer skills.
4. Able to work flexible hours is an asset.
5. Has the hospitality gene.
6. Required to have safe food handlers certificate (we will compensate if provided within the first 3 months of employment).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
