Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant/Project Manager in the education industry. This role is based in Burnaby, British Columbia, and incorporates a hybrid work model with a combination of office and remote work.

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the team,





ensuring efficient operation of the office
- Manage projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Utilize strong writing skills to prepare grant proposals and stewardship reports
- Create and manage reports, tracking project progress and presenting data in a clear and concise manner
- Use CRM software to track donor interactions, including meetings, donations, and outreach efforts
- Exercise a high level of self-motivation, working collaboratively in a team environment
- Leverage strong business writing and project management skills to effectively communicate and manage tasks
- Demonstrate technology adeptness, managing and manipulating data effectively
- Provide strategic administration support to the team, contributing to the overall success of the projects.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Administrative Assistance and Project Management roles within the Education industry
- Highly skilled in Data Entry and Project Tracking






- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in the use of office management software such as MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects and keep track of deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
