Our valued public sector client requires a Reliability Cleared Senior Business Systems analyst to support the migration of .NET applications to Dynamics. This resource will be responsible for overseeing the applications and working with clients to present solutions, ideas and recommendations that serves the requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and support the use of design thinking tools, methodologies and techniques to gather user needs and requirements, such as Workshops;
- Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business and/or audience;
- Clarify requirements and segregate them into functional and non-functional categories;
- Evaluate existing procedures and methods,
identify and document items for usability and customer enhancements;
- Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information flows;
- Define and document user interfaces for new and existing systems;
- Prepare mock-ups, prototypes, wireframes and interaction diagrams;
- Create designs that align with the user needs;
Must Have:
- Experience with .NET Development
- Experience with Dynamics Applications
- Experience liaising with stakeholders
Nice to have:
- GOC experience
