Our transportation client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to conduct workshops and to create/document business processes

Duration - 6 months with extension to 12 months

Work Mode - Hybrid, 1 day in office

Location - Montreal

Candidate to start ASAP

Must Haves:

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- Experience in running workshops and gathering/documenting business requirements.
- Strong process documentation skills, including workflows and functional specs.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in security-related projects or departments.
- Experience working in the aviation or transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

- Lead workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map existing business processes,





identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
