The project’s primary objective is to replace the current IT Service Management (ITSM) tool with an Enterprise Service Management Tool. The project is currently in the pre-implementation phase.

1 year contract to start. Remote but ideally looking for candidates in Vancouver or Victoria.

Must Haves:

- Enterprise Service Management delivery experience
- Process Mapping and Workflow Design
- SAFe knowledge
