Our Downtown client in mining is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting for their growing team. The Manager, Financial Reporting is one of two Managers working on financial reporting;
the other manager will focus primarily on corporate reporting while this newly hired position will focus on lots of analysis, and deal with complex issues pertaining to consolidated reporting in a multi-entity, multi-currency, IFRS environment.
The ideal Manager, Financial Reporting Manager will be a with a solid public practice background where you worked on complex public company audits AND OR public company financial reporting experience.
In a perfect world, you speak Spanish, BUT this is not requisite for the role.
Systems implementation experience is an asset but clear communication skills are requisite as are impeccable technical skills and knowledge with respect to IFRS.
