The Esthetician may also be delivering services on behalf of the company at nearby Simcoe Medical Centre 1487 Simcoe St N Unit#1, Oshawa, ON L1G 4X8, and Ritson North Medical Centre, 1288 Ritson Rd N #9, Oshawa, ON L1G 7Z9.

MEDSKINCARE is excited to add an aesthetician/Skin Care Specialist with Laser and Skin Care experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and listener who can adjust to a variety of changes and challenges in a fast-paced, multi-personality environment. You will engage with patients; developing an understanding of their specific needs and recommending the appropriate treatment options to achieve the best possible results.

Main tasks:
Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our patients
Provide personalized skin care tailored to individual skin types and concern
Perform facial and body treatments using proper skin care products and best technology in skin rejuvenation, anti-aging treatments
Use the most advanced technology in laser hair removal and apply electrolysis methods to perform facial and body hair removal
Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training
Advice clients on skin care and possible treatments
Recommend and educate clients on proper skin care practices by promoting selfcare routines
Maintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and education
Show administrative duties to ensure the patient's appointment needs and expectations are achieved
Maintain room preparation to provide an effortless flow of clients’ treatments
Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate clients and clinic needs
Work effectively both independently and in a team
Participate in promotional and educational events
Maintain client privacy and confidentiality
Job requirements:
Mandatory
Aesthetician/Cosmetician/laser technician certification or diploma (Required)
Previous experience of 3 to 5 years as an Aesthetician in a medical environment. (Required)
Previous experience with Skin Analysis and Skin Care Product Lines
Previous experience in using latest technology in laser hair removal (Required)
Retail Experience
Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
Have a flair for sales and dedicated evolving with the industry.
Assets
Previous experience Laser Hair Removal (Asset)
IPL Skin Rejuvenation/Pigmentation Correction/ Photo Rejuvenation (Asset)
