Position: Accounts Payable AnalystLocation: Ville Saint-Laurent (2 days in office, 3 days remote)Salary: Up to $30/hourJob type: Temporary, 1-Year ContractWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team for a 1-year contract. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in processing and managing invoices, electronic payments, and manual check requests. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience handling a high volume of invoices, and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.What We Offer:- Hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office,





3 days remote).- Competitive hourly rate of up to $30.- Opportunity to work with a supportive Finance team and gain valuable experience.Key Responsibilities:- Receive and verify invoices for services.- Ensure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.- Enter large volumes of invoices for payment processing.- Follow up and resolve discrepancies related to invoice processing.- Prepare and print weekly cheque runs and process ACH payments.- Manage bi-weekly wire payments.- Handle daily banking activities, including releasing cheques to the bank.- Monitor vendor payment statuses (amounts due, disputes, deductions).- Maintain confidential employee and vendor files.- Participate in additional duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.- Strong background in resolving invoice discrepancies.- Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including V-lookups and formulas.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.If you have the experience and skills required for this role,
