Senior Accountant
We are partnering with a locally headquartered company, seeking a strong Senior Accountant to join their team. This ideal candidate will have experience overseeing daily operations and controls in Accounts Payable/Receivable. This role involves reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, review monthly analyses, prepare quarterly reports, enforce controls, and identify efficiency improvements.
- Ensure effective internal control measures and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Review ledger activities, prepare consolidated financials,





conduct variance analyses, manage the financial close process, document processes, assist with budgeting, and support the annual tax return.
- Responsible for month-end close, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
- Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks).
- Ad-hoc projects as necessary.
- Supervise collections, review aging reports, ensure billing consistency, and utilize technology for tracking and improvements.

Qualifications:

- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA a Plus.
- 4 years of public accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational, management and verbal communication skills required.
