Assistant Store Leader – Sales
You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for an assistant store manager, which we call an assistant store leader - sales. As an assistant store manager, you will lead and coach a team of sales advisors and work together to create an amazing customer experience.
What you’ll do as an assistant store manager:
- Motivate and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun!
- Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health,
health & safety)
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates
- 4+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
- Positive, engaging leaders who learn from challenges and change
- Ability to navigate through a fast-paced environment
- In this role you will be placed permanently in any of our store locations within the Greater Toronto area. Most likely Brampton / Woodbridge / Richmond Hill / Downsview area and ability to commute to those locations is required.
