Responsibilities
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs

- Conduct performance reviews
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the organization
- Develop and implement a strategic blueprint to follow when deploying databases within their organization
