Job Summary:

The Plan Operations Analytics Group at HOOPP is looking for an experienced individual to fill a permanent, full-time Senior Data Scientist role for the Analytics Team. The team delivers insights, analytics, reporting, data governance and subject matter expertise in data warehouse knowledge.

What you will do:

Business Delivery

- Lead the business delivery of projects and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet overall objectives.
- Execute and evolve the business analytics product vision and roadmap.
- Work with business to identify and refine analytics requirements.
- Establish a process to prioritize requirements and communicate status.
- Perform triage and prioritization of business needs.
- Advocate for the business, articulating its vision and gaining buy-in.
- Oversee solution development and evaluate progress.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

Strategic Analytics







- Provide strategic analytics such as forecasts and projections.
- Provide reporting as required, utilizing standard reports or builds.
- Develop subject matter expertise in data and perform in-depth analysis.
- Provide analytics support and data solutions to all areas of HOOPP.
- Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Experience with common data science toolkits.
- Provide statistical analysis and interpretation.
- Facilitate integration of multiple data sources into solutions.
- Create, develop, and maintain analytics platforms.
