We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience working with major accounts and is eager to grow within a supportive and innovative organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients, ensuring their inquiries, orders, and requests are handled with precision and professionalism. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated sales representative and contribute to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and be based in our Dartmouth location. This is a fulltime in office position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and managing order placements via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Order Processing: Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring all specifications, quantities,





and delivery details are correct. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with internal teams to find effective solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our corrugated box products and their applications to offer valuable recommendations and support to customers.
- Data Management: Maintain up-to-date and organized records of customer interactions, order history, and any special requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with a sales representative and work closely with Planning, Production,





and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer orders meet quality standards and product specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience managing major accounts and working in a high-demand, fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and handle complex inquiries professionally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in resolving customer issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately process orders.
- Proficiency in standard office software and CRM systems.
