Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Consumer Marketing team to develop our proprietary brands for RYOBI and RIDGID, available exclusively at Home Depot. The Marketing Coordinator will work in different areas of marketing from merchandising, brand marketing and digital marketing to develop our in-store and digital presence at Home Depot.

What You Will Do:

BRAND MARKETING:

- Partner with Home Depot Marketing on collaborative advertising and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare a monthly presentation to align promotional advertising exposure in Home Depot’s national flyer
- Work with THD Marketing to update image/copy database and coordinate advertising exposure.
- Assist with sku set up, inventory and replenishment in Third Party fulfillment warehouse to fulfill Field Rep requests
- Coordinate the execution of sales meetings, trade shows and brand sponsorships, in-field sales events and training sessions

DIGITIAL MARKETING:







- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing strategies for websites and all social media channels
- Work closely with the US and Canada Web Development teams to update and enhance RYOBITools.ca and RIDGIDPowerTools.ca
- Collaborate with the Creative team on the production and execution of digital assets of promotions and new product launches
- Monthly maintenance check to ensure active and promotional products are online
- Work cross-functionally to identify and integrate in-store promotional plans

EMAIL MARKETING:

- Assist in executing monthly Eblasts and ensure annual growth of email subscribers.
- Collaborate with the graphics team on developing the design and testing of Eblasts.






- Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop innovative content for Eblasts.

What You Will Bring:

- Currently enrolled as a student in a post-secondary co-op program.
- Role requires a Driver’s license and access to a vehicle for the length of the term.
- Occasional travel is required (local).
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and brand development.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven project management and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outspoken with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Multi-tasking and strong analytical skills.
- Creative and innovative problem solver.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility,





and adaptability.
