Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with experience past experience in call centres

This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor,





and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide clerical support by preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized, contributing to an efficient workspace.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide solutions to their needs.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.






- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
