Position Overview (Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It)
We need a Marketing Manager who can do it all: dream big, think smart, and deliver results. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on creativity but also loves making data-driven decisions, you’re already halfway here! You’ll be our go-to for all things marketing, from building innovative campaigns to planning must-attend events. You’ll need to be flexible, because around here, things move fast, and we need you to jump in and make it happen!

- Strategize Like a Boss: Build cool,
creative strategies that turn heads and bring people into our stores (both online and in real life).
- Campaign Extraordinaire: Lead marketing campaigns from wild ideas to smashing successes. Digital, traditional, you name it!
- Stay Trendy: Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s hot (and what’s not) and tweak our marketing plans to stay ahead of the game.
- Creative Collaborator: Work with our amazing creative team to bring your genius ideas to life—because teamwork makes the dream work.
- Customer Whisperer: Connect with customers old and new, and make sure they’re all talking about us in the best way.
- Social Media Wizardry: Master our social channels and create content that gets people double-tapping, sharing, and talking!
- Event Enthusiast:
Roll up your sleeves and dive into event planning and execution, making sure every moment is memorable.
Qualifications (Your Superpowers)
- You’ve got 5+ years of marketing experience and a track record of making magic happen.

Working Environment
The position is based in one our Bedford offices, with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
The role requires collaboration with multiple business units and adaptability to shifting priorities based on the needs of the owners and market demands.
Schedule
Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend or late night - because marketing magic doesn’t always stick to 9-5.
Work Location
In person at our Bedford office (because marketing magic is even better in person). Must be able to commute and occasionally travel across Atlantic Canada for work-related projects.
