We are excited to launch the search for a bright, enthusiastic Junior Survey Programmer to support our Client Services team at Savanta.

Savanta has offices in NYC and Toronto with virtual options as well, so this role would suit a candidate working East Coast hours.
The Role
As a Junior Survey Programmer, you will train to become an expert in delivering projects to exacting client specifications, timeframes and within Savanta's quality standards. The role requires a well-organised and detail-orientated individual who can comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.

As well as enthusiasm to start a career in the market research industry and willingness to learn new methodologies, applicants should possess:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work well in teams and with a broad range of people
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Openness to learn programming languages (such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS) or and scripting platforms like Forsta (Confirmit/Decipher) or Qualtrics. Familiarity with these would be a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field a plus, but not required

- Salary range by location:
- Toronto: $45,000 - $55,000 CAD
- NYC: $50,000 - $58,000 USD
