YOUR ROLE
As the HR Reporting & Systems Coordinator you are responsible for responding to and fulfilling a range of HR reporting requests with varying degrees of complexity.
This role is ideal for an Excel wiz who is highly organized with an eagle-eyed attention to detail, and can execute multiple priorities with flawless precision. As a systems savvy expert, the HR Reporting & Systems Coordinator takes pride in maintaining accurate employee data in UKG Pro and optimizing HR workflows and systems for efficiency.

Please note: that this position is a remote role within Canada. We are open to candidates across the country, however, they must work within our core-working hours.
YOUR IMPACT
HR Reporting & Metrics (approx. 60%)
- Conduct regular reporting (monthly & quarterly) on HR metrics including headcount, turnover, recruiting, employee engagement, HR service delivery & Jira utilization, onboarding & offboarding, compensation, and personnel expenditures
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting as requested by HR or other business stakeholders
- Fulfill all HR reporting obligations as required by MunichRe
- Deploy employee surveys through UKG Employee Voice as directed by HR leadership; create and deliver reports to leaders and HR stakeholders, and track results
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to use data insights to fuel employee retention & engagement strategies
HRIS Administration (approx. 40%)
- Accurately enter new hire data and employee life cycle changes in UKG Pro
- Action UKG Pro/HRIS tickets in Jira ticketing system; troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution in adherence with established SLA’s
- Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Develop and maintain UKG Pro process and workflow documentation
- Create and update UKG Pro job aids and user guides for employees and managers
WHAT TO EXPECT
First 30 Days
- Conduct 1-on-1 “getting to know you” meetings with all members of the Human Resources team
- Have a sound understanding of the People Strategy and objectives
- Review and understand HR Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Assume responsibility for actioning and resolving UKG Pro/HRIS issues in Jira ticketing system
First 60 Days
- Complete required training courses on all UKG Pro modules
- Assume responsibility for regular and ad-hoc HR reporting requirements
THIS IS YOU
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering an HRIS (UKG Pro/Ultipro preferred)
- Experience producing HR reports & metrics across the full employee life cycle
- Intermediate level user of Excel required (pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Working knowledge of human resources disciplines (talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance & talent management, compensation, workforce planning, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging)
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working and thriving in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on collaboration and providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- CPHR is considered an asset

YOUR COMPENSATION
At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $50,000-65,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
