Job Description Dental Lab Receptionist & Customer Service Representative Location North Vancouver, BC :
We are seeking a Dental Lab Receptionist & Customer Service Representative with full knowledge of dental terminology and experience working with dental management software (DMS) such as LabStar and 3Shape. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks under pressure, all while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and answer phone calls, acting as the main point of contact for the dental lab.
- Schedule and arrange pick-ups and deliveries for cases in a timely manner.
- Manage client inquiries and requests efficiently,
providing excellent customer service.
- Use dental management software (e.g., LabStar, 3Shape) to track and manage case progress.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and before the assigned due dates.
- Coordinate with lab technicians and other team members to ensure timely workflows.
- Handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records and client communication logs.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and previous experience working in a dental office or lab.
- Proficiency with dental management software such as LabStar, 3Shape, or similar systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under stress.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience handling client communications and resolving issues effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
