Requirements :
- Must possess supervisory skills for both staffing and children
- Must be able to motivate and work well with a team of staff
- Must be able to develop and participate in the delivery of creative core programming
- Must possess Early Childhood Education diploma or University background in child studies,
recreation or related experience in professional child care field
- Must possess valid First Aid/CPR Certification
Rate of Pay: $24.17 per hour plus vacation pay.
Hours: 7:30am-8:55am & 2:05pm-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Approximately 37.20 hours/week.
Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge
Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
