We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Outbound Customer Service and Collections Representatives to join our team. As a Outbound Customer Service and Collections Representative, your primary mission is to monitor customer accounts, provide customer service regarding collection issues, and resolve client discrepancies.
Job Details:
The position starts October 30, 2024. Successful candidates MUST be available to start.
We offer the flexibility to train and work remotely from within Ontario! This permanent full-time opportunity requires availability any five (5) days a week within operating business hours:
Ontario:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET
Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm ET
Responsibilities:
Recover funds on past due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
Maintain positive customer relationships for increased retention
Resolve disputes and complaints with exceptional customer service
Accurately update and manage customer records in the billing system
Contribute to departmental objectives for recovery, call quality, and productivity
Collaborate across departments and demonstrate problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year collections or call center experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills
Responsive and adaptable to change
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Physical presence in the province of employment is mandatory; the use of personal VPN services or IP maskers on company networks is strictly prohibited.
Successful candidates must provide and use their own equipment. As a condition of employment, the device must meet the requirements. Interested applicants are required to provide proof of minimum specs. (outlined below) by attaching their validated completion.
We offer a TAX-FREE monitor reimbursement program of up to $200.

Compensation:
Hourly rate of $17.20 plus 4% vacation pay
