Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator

We are seeking a entrepreneurial and experienced Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator to join the Marketing and Communications Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and social media, with a passion for staying current on online trends and popular culture. This role requires a creative individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Specialized in graphic design and social media, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Strong design background with main experience in graphic design, proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, including campaign creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in search marketing ads is an asset, with knowledge of platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Knowledgeable about current online trends and popular culture, with the ability to leverage these insights in B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Preferred: 3+ years of work experience in a related field, demonstrating a track record of successful projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media and digital marketing for multiple divisions, creating and scheduling engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram,
and Google My Business.
- Conduct social media reporting and tracking, analysing performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Proactively run community management, reviews, and customer service via social media, addressing inquiries and fostering positive interactions.
- Write and post blog content, creating informative and engaging articles that align with the Emterra Group’s brand voice.
- Design and execute communications for Emterra Group, including newsletters and announcements marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Prepare client reports and emails, ensuring professional, accurate and timely communication brand standards are met.
- Design recruitment posters,
creating visually appealing materials to attract potential candidates.
- Create digital ads to support recruitment and sales, targeting the right audience with compelling visuals and messaging.
- Update the company websites, ensuring content is current, accurate, and authentic.
- Create short-form videos, producing compelling content for social media, websites, and other platforms.
