Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitor activities
- Develop and brainstorm innovative marketing campaigns tailored to brand objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute engaging promotional events and campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives across social media, email, TV, and more
- Analyze and interpret marketing data, including campaign performance, conversion rates, and traffic metrics, to shape future strategies
- Manage individual tasks and projects that contribute to the overall marketing plan
- Work closely with teams to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including SEO,
social media marketing, and digital advertising
- Experience in handling CRM proposals and lead generation activities
- Proficient in marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems) and web analytics tools (Google AdWords, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools (e.g., Dreamweaver) is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- A creative mind paired with strong commercial awareness
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
