Adobe Experience Platform Technical SME to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms with one of our major banking clients- 35535
Location Address: Hybrid - Toronto - 1/week - flexible - need candidates GTA
Contract Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE)
Schedule Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
Story Behind the Need
- Business group: Digital Technology - support content delivery platforms and services
- Project: To lead the delivery of marketing orchestration capabilities leveraging Adobe suite of products
- As the Technical Lead for the Marketing Technology domain, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of marketing capabilities.
Your role will include leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms, with a strong emphasis on delivering personalization at scale using the Adobe suite of marketing technology platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, etc.).
Typical Day in Role:
- Lead the implementation of marketing capabilities with the objective of delivering personalized experience at scale by utilizing the Adobe Experience suite of marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with business, Product and Engineering to lead the development and continuous refinement of the overall product strategy and technology roadmap.
- Ensure the solution aligns with business objectives and expectations by delivering the intended value and at the same time adhering to organizational and industry standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to the creation of proof of concepts (POC) to test validated solutions.
- Oversee the team’s daily product activities throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of tasks into product backlogs.
- Drive proactive and reactive problem management across all delivery teams.
- Comfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time efficiently, without direct input or oversight.
Must Have Skills:
- 1+ year hands on experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing solutions with a focus on personalization utilizing the Adobe Experience Platform - including Adobe Real-time Customer Data, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
*NOTE: Need a technical AEP SME who can actually understand and work with the technical aspects and set up of AEP in back-end vs.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in working with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
- Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Workflow
- Experience working with Realtime, high availability and low latency systems.
- 2+ years’ experience with data management including data modelling, data integration, and data governance.
- 2-3 years of experience leading large-scale projects through design, build and implementation
Education:
- Post- secondary - technical field e.g. computer science preferred
- Adobe certifications an asset
Best VS. Average Candidate:
- Ideal candidate has experience implementing Adobe solutions, deliver personalization capabilities,
strong working experience with onboarding and personalization platforms
