Job Summary

The Global Payments team is undertaking multiple complex initiatives, focusing on SWIFT ISO 20022 MX migration program as part of RBC Capital Markets ongoing plan to improve and modernize payments technology and processes across the organization. We are to convert Husain Cutpiecewala from contractor to FTE.

Job Description

What will you do ?

- Communicate with the business client and collect the requirements, and analyze those requirements.

- Create the Business Requirement document and user Stories

- Effectively ensures the completeness of data and identifies the issues (Data Analysis) from Multiple sources.

- .Works closely with business clients to understand priorities and impact,





and provides timely and accurate reports to management and end-users on the status of critical systems processes.

- Proactively identifies and acts on emerging issues (and works with Development teams) to resolve them in the short and long term.

- Can learn about multiple applications and systems

- Actively participate in Agile development projects

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

- Ability to interface with stakeholders and understand requirements to manage the SWIFT and payments requirements definition process from elicitation through delivery (via BRDs and/or user stories, etc.) and implementation (defining and evaluating acceptance criteria).

- Ability to evaluate, test, and recommend enhancements and changes, identify risks and propose mitigation plan while having the ability to drive the solution design process; develop and execute test cases where applicable; own defects analysis and validation of defects remediation.

- Experience with elicitation techniques (e.g. document analysis, interviews,





facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, surveys. Advanced experience with elicitation techniques (e.g. document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, surveys).

- Experience with various project delivery methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile) or on a large scale project.

- Ability to speak with Developers about features, issues and potential solutions with a high degree of technical sophistication.

- Ability to speak with the vendor Research & Development teams in addition to project teams with a high degree of business and product knowledge. Able to analyze large data sets, identify underlying data patterns,





document findings and problem solve.Effectively communicate - verbal and written.
