Position Summary
The Education Coordinator will exercise judgment and independence to provide complex administrative assistance in support of education within the Division of Medical Oncology and Hematology (DMOH) . Working closely with the Director of Education, physicians, administrative personnel, UofT, and UHN Medical Education, the Education Coordinator will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to: administration of the fellowship program, organization of Grand Rounds, and maintaining various calendar/schedules.
The Education Coordinator will build relationships with individuals at various levels across the medical community; act as liaison with various groups of stakeholders; assist the DMOH physicians in program-related duties; assist in the preparation of annual reports; co-ordinate activities associated with the preparation of education initiatives; provide administrative assistance with all aspects of the implementation and maintenance of DMOH Education Office.
