Position Title: Sourcing Analyst
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Toronto
Industry: Banking - Procurement (Marketing, Media, Digital, Sponsorships)
We are seeking a talented Sourcing Analyst for a hybrid role based in Toronto. As a member of the procurement team, you’ll support vendor sourcing for marketing, media, digital, and promotional services, driving value while mitigating risk. You’ll handle contract renewals and new vendor negotiations, provide key insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sourcing solutions. This is a maternity leave cover with potential for extension or full-time conversion.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Vendor sourcing experience
• Experience with vendor contracts (creating and negotiating)
• Background in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement
• Knowledge of sourcing processes, procedures, and controls
• Strong skills in business analysis, project delivery, and procurement systems
• Networking and vendor relationship management skills
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Marketing experience (media, digital, promotions, sponsorships)
• Competitive vendor sourcing experience
• Experience in Financial Services or Technology industries
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements
