Position: Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)

Industry: Law / Commercial Real Estate / Legal / Law Firm

Employment Term: Full-time / Permanent / Hybrid (3 days per week)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide Support to the Commercial Real Estate Law team
- Handle complex real estate and land development transactions
- Coordinate filing processes, including documentation review, funds management,





registrations among others
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Post-secondary diploma of degree in an Ontario Law Clerk program
- 4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law
- Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions
- Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
