Contract Duration: 6 Months
Pay range: C$650 - 700/day
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Type: Hybrid, 3 days onsite & 2 days remote
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team and take ownership of customizing our Dynamics 365 (formerly CRM) system. You will play a critical role in optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) processes by leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom functionalities within Dynamics 365.
- Deepen expertise in core areas like entities, forms, views, reports,
dashboards, workflows, plug-ins, and Power Automate flows.
- Build custom portals using ASP.NET, .NET Core, and integrate them with Dynamics 365.
- Create advanced Power BI reports for insightful data visualization and analysis.
- Expertly customize and manage the Dynamics 365 Power App Customer Service Portal.
- Implement robust cloud security practices for Dynamics 365, including Azure AD B2C and Okta authentication.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience customizing Dynamics 365.
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, Organization Services, OData Standard, FetchXML, and XRM Toolbox.
- Experience building .NET and Azure applications.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Dataverse design and development.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
