ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Commercial Lines Account Manager (Processor) will mainly service existing clients and collaborate with underwriters and producers. You will be processing policies, managing endorsements, and collaborating with clients and underwriters in a dynamic environment focused on small to mid-market insurance including SRE.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Process insurance policies and manage small to mid-market policy changes.
- Ensuring accurate billing to clients.
- Issue certificates of insurance as needed.
- Contact underwriters to facilitate policy changes.
- Communicate with clients and underwriters to gather necessary details.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Level 2 broker license
- You have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, especially MPI and SRE products
- You're an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills
- You can build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers
COMPENSATION
- $55,000 - $70,000 base salary depending on relevant experience + performance bonus
