Full job description
The HAT Clutter Coach will provide hands on support to participants of the HAT program, using their shared mutual experiences to build quality working rapport. They will work closely with the Hoarding Based Case Manager to engage with individuals to assist in the sorting and removal of household items as identified by the program participant in their home.
Main Duties
Provide support in decluttering of participant homes, including but not limited to garbage
removal and preparation for pest treatment
Collaborate with the Case Manager to provide physical decluttering support
Assist participants in accessing other decluttering or cleaning supports as needed
Provide input on case notes following all client interactions
Communicate information to team members that could affect the safety and
well-being of clients, program participants and staff
Participate in HAT team meetings as required by the HAT Coordinator
Participate in regular check ins with the HAT Coordinator
Other duties as required
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 4 per week
