Are you meticulous with superior organizational skills? Then Uline is looking for you to join our Milton team as an Executive Assistant. Support management and staff as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. It’s an exciting time to join Uline!

Position Responsibilities
- Support Toronto Branch Management on office reporting and clerical duties.
- Plan and execute monthly department meetings, luncheons and company events for 500+ employees.
- Collect and organize data to write memos and reports.
- Maintain and update documentation, project tracking and meeting minutes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of administrative / clerical experience, utilizing Microsoft Office programs and managing calendars.
- Adaptable with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
