Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Custodia,
you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. Your role will involve answering inquiries, handling customer complaints, scheduling services, and providing information about our home management plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about our Home Management Plans (HMPs) and other services.
- Handle customer complaints with care and ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions in a professional manner.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an asset.
- A positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
