Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. This role involves interacting with customers to provide information, resolve issues,
and enhance their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Instagram/Facebook, text or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in automotive sales/service is a bonus.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
