Job Responsibilities:
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the Alberta area.
- Conducting engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the exceptional features and benefits of our manufacturer partners' products.
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable product solutions.
- Collaborating with clients to develop customized proposals and quotes.
- Providing comprehensive technical support and expertise to clients throughout the sales process.
- Actively participating in industry and customer trade shows to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and establish valuable leads.
- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with distributors and end users, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering ongoing business relationships.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Representative or in a similar role within the electrical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
- Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to provide technical solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Self-motivation,
ambition, and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to attend industry and customer trade shows to represent ElectriXwest Agencies.
