Pay range: C$650 - 700/day
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Type: Hybrid, 3 days onsite & 2 days remote
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service to join our team. You will play a critical role in optimizing our customer service operations by leveraging your knowledge of Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Optimize the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace (CSW), including agent experience profiles,
session templates, workstreams, and routing.
- Develop custom APIs, web applications, and integrations using technologies like ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Azure SQL.
- Implement robust DevOps practices and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet customer service needs.
- Document designs and development clearly and concisely.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing with Dynamics 365 Customer Service (case management, knowledge management, CSW configuration).
- Expertise in Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace (CSW) features.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- Solid understanding of API development, web application development, and database technologies (.NET, C#, JavaScript, Entity Framework, Azure SQL).
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban/task boards).
