Senior CRM Developer – Job Description
- As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for translating technical systems specifications into functional, tested CRM applications
- You will play a crucial role in developing programming specifications, writing code, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including developing programming specifications, writing code, compiling data-driven programs, and conducting unit tests
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software operation
- Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Utilize structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications
- Design, code, test, debug, and document CRM applications
- Employ object and third-generation language development tools
- Work with relational and hierarchical database technologies
- Use information retrieval packages with query languages
- Engage in application design, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Elicit and document information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts
Senior CRM Developer – Mandatory Skills
- Experience in programming and analysis with specialized CRM software package support
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT professionals
- Experience with structured methodologies for application development and maintenance
- Proficiency in design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
- Experience with object and third-generation language development tools
- Knowledge of CRM software, enterprise architecture methodologies, and design standards
