Job Description
Facilitates the efficient operation of the Support Services Program. Duties will include providing administrative support to the Director of Support Services, and all Managers within the portfolio. This will include composing and typing correspondence; answering the telephone; scheduling meetings; maintaining files; updating records; photocopying; working on projects; payroll entry; issuing purchase orders for the department. The Assistant will also support department program administration including database management of Key Tracer, Orange QC, and Connections Department Home Page.
This role acts as a liaison on behalf of the department with internal and external customers, promotes effective communication and accountability. Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all work practices.
