About the role: We are excited to announce we are hiring a Housing and Reintegration Coordinator. In this position, you will lead a dedicated Housing team composed of Adult and Youth Housing-Based Case Managers, a Rooming House Caseworker, Housing Specialists, Community Caseworkers, and Housing Links staff.

In this role, you will also oversee the dynamic Reintegration team, which plays a vital role in supporting Crisis Intervention, Diversion Programs, and Records Suspensions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of partners, making a meaningful impact on our community.

Responsibilities include:

- Program Management:





Oversee the day-to-day functions of Housing and Reintegration program staff, ensuring that both on-site and off-site team members are fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.
- Partnership and Funder Relations: Manage relationships with multiple and multi-system funders and fostering collaborative connections.
- Contractual Obligations: Ensure all program deliverables and duties align with contractual obligations, maintaining program compliance and meeting funder expectations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication channels, encouraging the sharing of ideas, and addressing any concerns team members may have.

As the successful candidate, you have:

- College/ University Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent experience






- Minimum of 3 years experience engaging and collaborating with vulnerable populations, specifically those at-risk or involved in the justice system
- Strong understanding of program delivery with the ability to effectively manage programs and provide team support
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the youth and/or adult justice sector
- Strong commitment and proven experience working with vulnerable and marginalized populations
- Effective management and leadership skills, with the capability to lead a team and collaborate within a broader management structure
- Familiarity with the Housing First framework, Ontario Landlord-Tenant Act, HIFIS and SPDAT assessment tools
- Experience fostering relationships with clients, landlords, and community agencies






- Experience in homelessness and housing sector collaboration and client reintegration
- Proficient numerical skills with strong budgeting abilities

- This position requires a certain number of onsite hours per week.
- Be on-call for program serious incident occurrences
