This role is for the 2025 winter co-op term for eligible students currently enrolled in a co-op program.
AgencyAnalytics is the no-code reporting software for marketing agencies. Our mission is to revolutionize client reporting, reclaiming valuable billable hours for marketing agencies. Through our web-based dashboards and reporting software, we streamline agency workflows, enabling them to scale with ease.
The AgencyAnalytics platform seamlessly pulls in data from over 80 channels consolidating insights from SEO, social media, email, PPC, and more into a comprehensive, user-friendly reporting interface.

We are looking for an individual with strong writing skills, a solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail who can work both in a team and independently.
This remote-first position offers the opportunity to work from home or directly with other team members and co-ops at our downtown Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities
- Writing: Draft long-form editorial blog content,
product details pages, social media posts, emails, and more to hone your writing skills.
- SEO Optimization: Work with our in-house Senior SEO Strategist to implement improvements across the AgencyAnalytics website to boost organic rankings, including technical SEO fixes, internal linking, and more.
- CMS Entries: Work within a headless CMS to add, update, and remove content following established SOPs.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze performance data to highlight trends and identify new opportunities, with some experience using Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Search Console.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate campaigns across the content, social, PPC, and email marketing teams to maximize their impact within our target audience.

- Comfortable working with data and analytics.
- Familiarity with one or more CMS platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, Contentful, etc.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
