About Liuyishou Hotpot：
Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd.
was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 20 restaurants and 500 employees in North America.
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Central Kitchen Assistants. As a Central Kitchen Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth production of food items.
Responsibilities:
- Operating slicing equipment to cut meats and other food items with consistency and safety.
- Packaging food products for storage or delivery, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, including cleaning workstations and equipment.
- Supporting the kitchen team in meeting daily production goals and ensuring food safety standards are upheld.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Mandarin is an asset.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
- Physically capable of performing tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
- Prior experience in kitchen or food production environments is an asset but not required.
